We often use Pinterest as a way to find inspiration in creating our own projects. Pinterest is loaded with amazing DIY projects from tons of creative people. Sometimes it’s a project that sparks an idea, sometimes it’s just and image or product for sale. No matter what kind of pin it is, we can always be inspired by others. We encourage you to visit the websites associated with these pins or their respective Pinterest accounts.

Cardboard Parking Garage

The first pin comes from justbrightideas.com and features an amazing toy in the cardboard realm. As far as DIY toy ideas go, this one is super inexpensive and amazingly interesting. Even as an adult this looks fun to play with it. If you don’t have access to a lot of tools, this would be a great project to get started on.

Chalkboard Blocks

Not only does the site picklebums have a great name, it also features some really cool ideas, like these chalkboard blocks. What an amazing idea… blocks that you can draw on with chalk. This one will most likely require some extra tools, but you could get extremely creative with this idea.

Kids Play Grill

Only requiring just a few tools and some clever shopping, this toy idea comes from apartmenttherapy and looks like a crazy fun project to do. Now, the kids can cook on the grill while you are flaming some delicious meats and veggies. We love DIY toy ideas that stem from picking up random stuff at stores on the cheap. This is one of those.

Toy Barn

This toy idea reminds me so much of my childhood. Playing with the big red barn at my grandparents house is one of my fondest memories. They had all the little farm animals and tractors. It was just a good, fun time. Well, now you can recreate that idea with pallets. From 1001pallets we find some snapshots of what that looks like. This is sure to spark some imagination, especially if you enjoyed playing with a big red barn as a kid.
